Kvadex is not a real estate broker, agency, or intermediary in property transactions. The platform does not provide property valuation services, investment advice, or any form of financial consulting.

By using the platform, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety.

All data displayed on the platform is exclusively informational and analytical in nature. Data on prices, sizes, locations, and property types is sourced from publicly available sources and automatically processed.

Kvadex does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of displayed data. Prices may be inaccurate, outdated, or incorrectly entered on the source portal, and such errors may be reflected on our platform.

Kvadex bears no responsibility for decisions made based on data displayed on the platform. Users are obligated to independently verify all information from independent sources before making any financial, legal, or investment decisions.

The platform is provided "as-is", without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of data accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other type of damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or lost opportunities.

Aggregated data, analyses, charts, visualizations, and derived content displayed on Kvadex.com are the result of processing publicly available data. Kvadex.com retains rights to the specific methods of processing, presentation, and visualization of that data.

We encourage sharing Kvadex statistics, analyses, and charts. Feel free to download, share on social media, and publish on other portals, blogs, or in media. The only condition: cite Kvadex.com as the data source with a clickable link to the original page from which the data was taken. Use of data in accordance with these conditions is free and does not require prior consent.
