Kvadex does not require registration, account creation, or any form of sign-in. Platform usage is anonymous. We do not collect personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or visitor addresses.

We use Google Analytics 4, PostHog, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymous visit statistics — number of visitors, most visited pages, geographic distribution, and page interactions. Microsoft Clarity also records anonymized session replays (cursor movement, scrolling, and clicks) and heatmaps, so we can see where visitors linger and where they run into obstacles. Text you type into fields on the site is masked and is not recorded. These tools use cookies and browser local storage for this purpose.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in improving the platform's user experience (Article 12, Paragraph 1, Point 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act). This data is not linked to the identity of individual users. Visits from the same browser are linked by a randomly generated identifier that contains no personal data.

Google LLC, PostHog, and Microsoft Corporation, as our data processors, may store anonymized visit data on their servers. Google and Microsoft may store data outside the Republic of Serbia; PostHog stores data on servers within the European Union. You can disable cookies by adjusting your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on. Session replays contain no input-field content — it is masked before it leaves your browser.

The listings you save and the last 20 listings you opened are kept only in your browser's local storage, on your device. We do not store these lists on our server or link them to your identity. You can delete them at any time on the Saved page or by clearing your browser data.

When you open the Saved page, your browser sends our server only the numbers of those listings, so we can check their current price and whether they are still active. These numbers are not stored and are not linked to you.

Real estate data displayed on the platform is aggregated from publicly available sources and processed for statistical purposes. We display exclusively aggregated factual data: average prices, distributions, and trends by location.

We do not collect or display property photographs, listing descriptions, personal data of advertisers, or any information that could identify individuals.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018), you have the right to access data relating to you, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. Anonymized visit data is retained in accordance with the default Google Analytics settings (26 months). After this period, the data is automatically deleted.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. You will be notified of any significant changes via a notice on the platform. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.
