Kvadex does not require registration, account creation, or any form of sign-in. Platform usage is anonymous. We do not collect personal data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or visitor addresses.

We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous visit statistics — number of visitors, most visited pages, and geographic distribution. Google Analytics uses cookies for this purpose.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in improving the platform's user experience (Article 12, Paragraph 1, Point 6 of the Personal Data Protection Act). This data is not linked to the identity of individual users.

Google LLC, as our data processor, may store anonymized visit data on servers outside the Republic of Serbia. You can learn more about how Google processes data at: policies.google.com/privacy.

You can disable cookies by adjusting your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

Real estate data displayed on the platform is aggregated from publicly available sources and processed for statistical purposes. We display exclusively aggregated factual data: average prices, distributions, and trends by location.

We do not collect or display property photographs, listing descriptions, personal data of advertisers, or any information that could identify individuals.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018), you have the right to access data relating to you, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. Anonymized visit data is retained in accordance with the default Google Analytics settings (26 months). After this period, the data is automatically deleted.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. You will be notified of any significant changes via a notice on the platform. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this document.
